{Peach Crisp With Vanilla Ice Cream}

Ingredients:

1 Bag Frozen Peaches {do not thaw}
2 T. Cinnamon     
1/4 C. Plus 1 T. Sugar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Oats
1/4 C. Flour
1 Stick Margarine, Melted   
Handful if Chopped Pecans
Pinch of Salt


Directions:
    
Pour peaches into a greased baking dish & add one tablespoon of cinnamon, one tablespoon of sugar and stir. Set aside. 

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, one tablespoon of cinnamon, pecans & melted butter. Mix well & then place on top of peaches.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! =)
