This one is a bit self explanatory because I took a picture of my recipe card!
But, if you have a hard time reading it - the recipe is below.
A lot of times when I make a new recipe, I forget to write down exactly what I do.

I tried remembering the measurements the best I could - on the "cinnamon" added to the
icing I probably added one teaspoon - maybe a touch more {to the icing}! Below is a more "detailed"
recipe if you'd rather have EXACTLY what I did & remember ;)!
Enjoy :)
Ingredients
2 Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls {cut rolls in half}
3-4 Granny Smith Apples {peeled & diced}
3/4 C. Walnuts {chopped}
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 t. Cinnamon {divided}
Directions
Open your cinnamon rolls & cut them in half - making two flat rolls.
Peel & chop your apples rather small.
Add apples, chopped walnuts, brown sugar & *1 Teaspoon* of cinnamon to a bowl and mix until apples are well coated.
Grease your muffin pan well with non stick cooking spray.
Add a spoonful of the apple mixture into each tin.
Then place 1/2 of your cinnamon rolls on top & smoosh down a bit.
Pop it in the oven at 375 F {I realized 400 was too high after starting the first batch} & let cook for 10-12 minutes.
While the cinnamon rolls are baking - open your two icings & pour into a small bowl. Add *1 teaspoon* of your cinnamon & mix well. Reserve it for after the rolls are done baking & drizzle some on top of each roll while hot. Let the rolls cool a bit & serve em' up!
