{Six Recipes For Slow Cooker Oatmeal}

I am SOOOOOO all about an easy breakfast EVERY morning! Once in a while, I'll get up and want to cook a big breakfast, but for the most part... I'd rather have it ready to go waiting on my hungry kiddos as they wake up so it's not so chaotic when they all get hungry at the same time.

Below are the links to six different recipes for oatmeal in the Slow Cooker from +Eat at Home!

{Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Rice Pudding}

Are you a rice pudding fan?

Some love it - some hate it ...

I used to be "in between" ... it was just okay to me ...

Then I found a few recipes, read them & created my own thing to what I like.

I'm a total fan of it now, love it!

Try this one out & let me know how you like it!

{Apple Walnut Sticky Buns}

This one is a bit self explanatory because I took a picture of my recipe card!
But, if you have a hard time reading it - the recipe is below.
A lot of times when I make a new recipe, I forget to write down exactly what I do.
I tried remembering the measurements the best I could - on the "cinnamon" added to the
icing I probably added one teaspoon - maybe a touch more {to the icing}! Below is a more "detailed"
recipe if you'd rather have EXACTLY what I did & remember ;)!

Enjoy :)

Ingredients

2 Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls {cut rolls in half}
3-4 Granny Smith Apples {peeled & diced}
3/4 C. Walnuts {chopped}
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 t. Cinnamon {divided}

Directions

Open your cinnamon rolls & cut them in half - making two flat rolls.
Peel & chop your apples rather small.
Add apples, chopped walnuts, brown sugar & *1 Teaspoon* of cinnamon to a bowl and mix until apples are well coated.
Grease your muffin pan well with non stick cooking spray.
Add a spoonful of the apple mixture into each tin.
Then place 1/2 of your cinnamon rolls on top & smoosh down a bit.

Pop it in the oven at 375 F {I realized 400 was too high after starting the first batch} & let cook for 10-12 minutes.

While the cinnamon rolls are baking - open your two icings & pour into a small bowl. Add *1 teaspoon* of your cinnamon & mix well. Reserve it for after the rolls are done baking & drizzle some on top of each roll while hot. Let the rolls cool a bit & serve em' up!

{Breakfast Tomorrow | Savory & Sweet}

Good Afternoon, Y'all!

So, I was planning on making breakfast for Sunday School at church tomorrow... I couldn't decide - Savory or Sweet? So, I'm making an easy recipe of BOTH! What's better than both?

Nothing, of course.

This - coming from the always hungry preggo! ;)

Enjoy & Share!

{Sausage Egg Casserole}

5 Eggs
1/4 C. Milk
16 Oz. Biscuits, Cubed
4 Chopped Scallions
1 C. Shredded Cheddar
1 Lb. Cooked Sage Sausage

Whisk your eggs & milk well. Add your cubed biscuits to that mixture. Let them soak for about 10 minutes or so. The more egg the biscuits soak up, the better more moist casserole you'll have! Add your scallions, cheese & sausage to the biscuits & stir.

Pour in a greased 9X13 casserole dish.

Bake at 350F for 30 (or so) minutes!

ENJOY :)

{Monkey Bread Mini's}

1 Tube Refrigerated Biscuit Dough, Cubed
1 Stick Melted Butter
2 T. Corn Syrup
1 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
2 t. cinnamon

Icing - Whisk together the following ingredients:

1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 T. Melted Butter
1 t. Vanilla
1-2 T. Milk

Directions:

Mix your butter and corn syrup well in a bowl. Mix your brown sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Dip your cubed biscuits in the butter mixture and then roll in your sugar mixture. Place in a lined or greased muffin pan.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, or so.

Drizzle icing on the hot minis while still in the cupcake pan. Let them cool after a bit before taking them out of the pan.

Serve & Enjoy! :)
